Loculens

Google review management

Every location’s reviews, read and answered.

One workspace for all your branches. Sentiment, the topics customers keep raising, the team members they name, and a reply drafted in your own voice for the ones that need one. A person still presses send.

Good service and a spotless waiting area. Parking is the only headache.

Third visit this year. Consistent every time, which is rarer than it should be.

Twenty-five minutes past my appointment with no update. The work itself was fine.

Rosie remembered my name from last time. Small thing, big difference.

Clean, quick, fairly priced. Would like longer opening hours on Saturdays.

Left a question by phone and got a proper answer the same day.

Fine result but the reception felt rushed. Happy to come back once.

Neutral

What it does

Three things, done properly.

Not a suite. A dashboard that reads Google reviews for every branch you run, tells you what they mean, and helps you answer.

01Read

Every branch, one screen

Per-location counts, averages and filters. Narrow to one branch or widen to all of them. A struggling site stops hiding inside a group average.

02Understand

Sentiment, topics, names

Positive, neutral or negative; tagged with the topics you choose; matched against your team roster so the people customers praise get seen.

03Answer

Replies in your voice

A draft measured from how your business already replies, opened in the right Google panel. Reply state is tracked so nothing sits unanswered.

See it work

Two minutes on the dashboard.

A scripted walk through a sample workspace. Every click changes the screen the way it would for you; the numbers are invented.

Every branch on one screen

Six locations, one workspace. The group average looks healthy at 4.6.

Why multi-location

The average hides the branch that needs you.

Ten locations at 4.6 stars can be nine at 4.8 and one at 3.4. Group dashboards report the first number. Loculens keeps every branch separate, so the outlier is the first thing you see, not the last thing you find out.

A person reads every review and posts every reply. The software makes sure nothing is missed.

Loculens product principle

How it works

Live in an afternoon.

  1. Step 1

    Create a workspace

One per business. Invite the people who should see it; admins keep the roster, the connections and the plan.

  2. Step 2

    Add your locations

Connect the Google account that manages your Business Profile, or add each location’s Place ID and connect an Apify account so scraping is billed to you directly.

  3. Step 3

    Sync, read, reply

A nightly sync fetches only what is new. Read by branch, sentiment or topic, and answer the ones that need it with a draft ready to edit.

Inside the workspace

Built for the people who actually read the reviews.

Sentiment pulse

Star rating first, wording second, so a five-star rant and a three-star rave land where they belong.

Topics you choose

Service, cleanliness, waiting time, value, or your own. Delete one and it disappears everywhere, for everyone.

Team mentions

Names matched against your roster, never guessed. Five-star reviews that name someone rise to the top.

Reply drafts

Measured from your own replies: greeting, thanks, sign-off. You edit, you post.

Reply tracking

Replied, needs a reply, all reviews. The count beside each filter is exactly what clicking it shows.

Cost you can see

Incremental syncs, the month’s spend in the footer, a cap that refuses a run past it.

Questions

Asked before signing up.

Which review sites does Loculens read?

Google only. Most multi-location businesses get the bulk of their public reviews there, and one source read properly beats six read badly. Reviews arrive through your Google Business Profile once you connect it, or through a scraping run you control and pay for per review.

Does it post replies for me?

No. It drafts a reply in your own voice, measured from the replies you have already posted, and opens the right Google panel. A person reads it and presses send. Nothing goes out without someone looking at it.

How does it know who was mentioned?

You keep a roster of your team. Loculens matches names in review text against that roster, whole word and case-insensitive, and proposes new names it keeps seeing so you can confirm or dismiss them. It never guesses a name into your leaderboard.

What does a sync cost?

Syncs are incremental: each run asks only for reviews newer than the last one, so a routine sync is a few pence. You see the month's spend in the footer, a monthly cap stops runaway costs, and you can bill scraping to your own Apify account if you prefer.

Can head office see every branch while a manager sees one?

Every location sits in one workspace with per-location counts and filters. Members you invite see the shared data; admins manage the roster, the connections and the plan. Separate businesses get separate workspaces and never see each other.

Is there a free trial?

Fourteen days, no card. Create a workspace, add your locations, run a sync and read your own reviews before you decide.

Read your reviews the way your customers wrote them.

Set up a workspace in a couple of minutes. The first sync is yours to run.
